Bob Sullivan, the Firm's Senior Member is one of the outstanding trial lawyers in the State of New York. He has been with the Firm for over 30 years after starting there as a law clerk for one of the legal luminaries of the day, Harry Lipsig.
Nick Papain, one of New York's prominent negligence and products liability trial attorneys and the Firm's Managing Member, has been with the Firm throughout his entire legal career of 30 years.
Mike Block, counsel to New York City Uniformed Firefighters Association and head of the Firm's Fire Litigation Unit, started with the Firm over 30 years ago.
Chris McGrath, President of the Nassau County Bar Association for the 2005-2006 term and one of the Firm's leading trial lawyers, has spent his entire legal career of 25 years with the Firm.
Vito Cannavo, an outstanding trial attorney who tries cases in all areas of the Firm's practice while heading one of our General Negligence departments, has been with the Firm for 20 years.
John Nash, a highly respected litigator helped spearhead our expansion in 1991 when we opened our Long Island Office. John has been with the Firm for 28 years.
Frank Floriani, a versatile and talented attorney, has made him the "go to" person in the Firm. He leads one of our Products Liability departments and one of our Complex Litigation departments and has been with the Firm for over 28 years.
Marie Ng, an extremely accomplished and passionate trial lawyer in charge of our other General Negligence department, began her career with the Firm 20 ago.
Eleni Coffinas, highly regarded as a medical malpractice trial attorney, heads one of our Medical Malpractice departments and has been with the Firm for her entire legal career of over 20 years.
David Dean, who joined the Firm over 10 years ago as a nationally recognized trial attorney, is responsible for trying some of our largest and often most challenging and complex cases.
Hugh Turk, a seasoned litigator who has successfully handled all types of personal injury cases and who is in charge of our New Jersey Office, has been with the Firm for more than 20 years.
Al Aquila, is in charge of one of our Medical Malpractice Departments, and became a Member in 2002 after having enjoyed a very successful career here as an Associate for 8 years.
Andrew Carboy, member since 2003, has an extensive background in complex litigation, including class actions, and is in charge of our other Products Liability and Complex Litigation Departments.
Brian Shoot, a renowned appellate lawyer who was in the forefront of New York's landmark tobacco litigation settlement, became a member of the firm in 2003. Brian also writes and lectures throughout the State on all aspects of personal injury law.
