On Nov. 15, 2023, Sullivan Papain Attorney Beth Jablon successfully recovered $500,000 for a man who sustained multiple facial fractures in a motor vehicle crash.
19-Year-Old Man Suffers Serious Injuries Following Crash
In September 2020, the plaintiff was the front-seat passenger in a one-car collision. The defendant driver drove off the road into a tree, claiming foggy weather made it difficult to see. As a result of the accident, the plaintiff lost consciousness temporarily and self-extricated before the car caught on fire. He sustained multiple facial fractures, including fractures of the nasal bones, a left orbital floor fracture, and a maxillary fracture. Due to his injuries, he underwent open reduction surgery of the nasal septal fracture approximately six months after the accident.
