On Sept. 16, 2022, Personal Injury Partner Mark Apostolos secured a $500,000 settlement for the family of a 19-year-old woman who died after being struck by an MTA bus.

The deceased was riding her bicycle in the bus lane when she was struck by an MTA bus that was attempting to pass her. Due to the injuries she suffered, she was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
